Refund policy

Go-Lush Green works on a quote-first basis. Every order starts with a written quote, and nothing is ordered, scheduled or charged until you approve and sign it.

All sales final: Because trees, plants, sod and bulk materials are living or custom-ordered products, all sales are final once your signed quote is approved. We do not accept returns.

Damaged or dead-on-arrival plants: If a plant arrives damaged or dead, report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos to sales@go-lushgreen.com or by text to (940) 360-3750, and we will replace the affected plant at no charge.

Services: Design consultations, planting, tree care, tree removal and other services are not refundable once performed.
