Acer palmatum var. atropurpureum 'Bloodgood'
Bloodgood Japanese Maple shows off deep burgundy leaves that shift to vivid scarlet when fall arrives. Originally from Japan and Korea, it grows slowly with a slim, open form that suits small gardens and tight beds. Use it as an accent by an entry, in a courtyard, or anywhere you want rich color up close.
