Camellia sasanqua and hybrid cultivars
Fall-blooming camellias bring glossy evergreen foliage and flowers in white, pink and red from fall into winter, when little else is in bloom. They work as foundation shrubs, informal hedges and shady accents.
- Part shade; morning sun is ideal
- Fall and winter flowers
- Grows about 6–10 ft tall, depending on variety
- Varieties: Rose of Autumn, Yuletide, Setsugekka, Kanjiro, Autumn Rocket, Scarlet Sunset
Care: Plant in acidic, well-drained soil amended with compost and keep evenly moist. Protect from hot afternoon sun in North Texas; prune after bloom.

What if a plant arrives damaged?
Report damaged or dead-on-arrival plants within 48 hours of delivery and we replace them. All sales are final once your signed quote is approved.
