Miscanthus sinensis 'Gracillimus'
A classic ornamental grass with long, narrow leaves that arch into a graceful fountain. Coppery plumes rise in fall and turn silvery tan, holding up through winter as a soft screen or backdrop.
- Full sun
- Fine-textured foliage with fall plumes
- Grows about 5–6 ft tall and 3–4 ft wide
Care: Water regularly the first season, then it tolerates dry spells. Cut back to 4–6 inches in late winter.
