Citrus hystrix
Makrut lime is a compact evergreen citrus grown mainly for its glossy, double-lobed leaves, a staple of Thai and Southeast Asian cooking, plus bumpy, fragrant green fruit used for zest. It makes an excellent patio container tree near the kitchen.

- Aromatic leaves for cooking; bumpy green fruit
- Grows about 5–10 ft tall; stays smaller in a container
- Self-fruitful
Care: Keep soil evenly moist but well drained and feed with a citrus fertilizer in the growing season. Not freeze hardy in North Texas: grow in a container and move it indoors or to a protected spot below about 32°F.

What if a plant arrives damaged?
Report damaged or dead-on-arrival plants within 48 hours of delivery and we replace them. All sales are final once your signed quote is approved.
