Euphorbia resinifera
Moroccan Mound is a North African succulent with thick, gray-green, spiny stems that branch into a dense, cactus-like mound. Though it resembles a cactus, it is actually a euphorbia, and its waxy skin helps it hold on to water in dry weather. Use it as a sculptural accent in rock gardens, desert beds, or large containers.
- Very low water needs
- Unusual mounding, columnar shape
- Great for xeric and rock gardens
