Hydrangea paniculata
Panicle hydrangeas carry large cone-shaped flower clusters that open lime-green or white and often blush pink as they age. They are sturdier and more sun-tolerant than most hydrangeas.

Care: Keep soil evenly moist, especially in summer heat. They bloom on new wood, so prune in late winter; hardy in DFW.
