Miscanthus sinensis 'Adagio'
A compact maiden grass with narrow, silvery-green blades that form a neat, fountain-shaped clump. Pinkish plumes appear in late summer and fade to tan, giving movement and winter interest to smaller beds.
- Full sun
- Compact form suited to smaller beds and borders
- Grows about 3–4 ft tall and wide, with plumes slightly taller
Care: Water regularly the first season, then moderately. Cut back to a few inches in late winter before new growth starts.
