Cherry laurels are dense, glossy evergreen shrubs widely used for hedges and privacy screens. These compact selections keep a tighter shape with less pruning than the native species.
- Full sun to part shade
- Dense evergreen screen or hedge
- Grows about 8–15 ft tall, depending on variety
- Varieties: Compacta, Bright 'n Tight, Everbrite
Care: Plant in well-drained soil and water regularly until established. Hardy in North Texas; shear in late spring or summer.
