Carissa macrocarpa 'Nana'
Tuttlei Natal Plum is a heat-loving evergreen shrub that does fine in most soils and watering setups. Shear it into a formal hedge along the house or a walkway, or let it grow loose as a green backdrop in planter beds. It stays clean, needs little upkeep and bounces back fast from light frost.
- Handles Texas-style heat
- Easy to keep tidy as a hedge
- Cover it during hard freezes to protect branches
